• Timber framed insulated & plaster boarded dry lined walls & ceilings wrapped in a breathable membrane, finished in a matt white, with white door liners & white skirtings. 
• Full electrical install to include 8 down lights, 6 double plug sockets, 3 dimmable light switches, 2 extractor fans, 1 mirror socket, 1 external light, 1 external double socket & all Tv & wifi fittings. 
• Full internal plumbing works for the kitchen and bathroom 
• Two fixing points for wall mounted furniture 
• Two Internal cottage oak doors with sliding wall fittings 
• Fully installed white Kitchenette with basin, tap, under counter storage units, oak worktop, water heater & two zone electric induction hob.  
• Full Bathroom Install to include electric shower, shower cubicle with bi-folding door, vanity basin unit with tap, wall mounted LED mirror & toilet facilities.
• Fully installed white UPVC 1600mm French doors
• Fully installed white UPVC 900x900mm window.
• Light oak style laminate flooring installed throughout with flooring underlay.
